This meant the cuisine represents American culture which his diversity, multicultural and packed with strong flavours. Therefore, the menu is highly subjective. Customers are surely will be thrill.
The plates and dishes at this restaurant is varies from small tapas style bites to large format dishes and a full tasting menu. For starters, recommended dishes are the Wagyu beef tartare is price at 400 baht, Kanpachi sashimi is 450 baht, cured Foie Gras torchon is 550 baht, grilled beef tongue and snails is 425 baht and seared octopus is priced at 600 baht. The signature Smoked wagyu beef rib for two (priced at 2300 baht) is a very worthy recommended dish as the beef is super tender and just melts in your mouth. The grilled half chicken (priced at 825) baht is also worth a try.
For desserts, the Baumkuchen, a vanilla layer cake with crème Anglaise and cocoa nib price start at 300 baht. Chocolate cashew torte and upside down oil-cooked pineapple cake is also worth an order.
